1. 拋棄不重要數字 - 包括年歲、體重、體高。這些應是你已聘請醫生的顧累。
   Throw out non-essential numbers.  This includes age, weight and height.
   Let the doctors worry about them.  That is why you pay 'them'.

2. 只與樂天朋友交往,其他發牢騷的只會拉你下來。
   Keep only cheerful friends.  The grouches pull you down.

3.保持學習 -- 不論是電腦、園藝、手工...只要能使你腦筋不遲鈍下來。
  腦筋遲鈍會給魔鬼佔據,魔鬼的名字叫做老人痴呆病
  Keep learning.  Learn more about the computer, crafts,
  gardening, whatever...... Never let the brain idle.
  'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.'
  And the devil's name is Alzheimer's.

4.享受簡單事物
  Enjoy the simple things.

5.常大聲長笑,直至氣促為止
  Laugh often, long and loud.  Laugh until you gasp for breath.

6.有哭時,容忍、傷感後繼續勇敢前行,伴你一生只有你自己一人,
  為你自己生存而活下去。
  The tears happen.  Endure, grieve, and move on.  
  The only person, who is with us our entire life, is ourselves.  
  Be ALIVE while you are alive.

7.在四周圍的應是你所愛...不論是家人、寵物、小飾物、音樂、嗜好等等,
  你的家是你的避風港
  Surround yourself with what you love, whether it's family,
  pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever.  
  Your home is your refuge.

8.珍惜你的健康,好時要保育、穩固時要改善、不能做到時,尋求協助
  Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it.  
  If it is unstable, improve it.  If it is beyond what you can
  improve, get help.

9.不重蹈惡感之旅,你可旅遊商場、鄰近區域、外國,但切勿再去生惡之處。
  Don't take guilt trips.  Take a trip to the mall,
  even to the next county; to a foreign country
  but NOT to where the guilt is.

10.盡用每一機會,告訴你所有關愛的人:你愛他/她們
   Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.
